Did I Complete My 2018 Goals?

Hey guys,
Since I recently posted my goals for 2019, I thought for today’s post I would share with you guys how I did with my goals from last year,

Anyway, onto this post,

So, first I'll remind you guys what my 2018 goals were and then I'll say what I completed etc

My goals for 2018 were:
  • Improve my flexibility
  • Get my over splits
  • Stretch more
  • Go to the gym
  • Show my face on my blog and other social media
  • Do an outfit diary
  • Try acro dance
  • Learn to swim
  • Start YouTube
Ok, let's start with the ones I completed, shall we?

First up improve my flexibility,
I'm gonna put this as completed because when I had a 3 month gym membership that I got on an offer I was stretching three times a week most weeks
So, no I may not have permanently improved my flexibility as it then gradually faded away again but I definitely improved it for a short time
Plus when I next go to Aldi I'm going to get a yoga mat and clear some space in my room so that I can start stretching on a morning instead of laying and scrolling through my phone to wake up, so I plan to start up with this one again this year and I plan to stick to it this year too

The next one I completed was to stretch more,
Like I said there was a time I was stretching 3 times a week and I may not have continued that throughout the whole year but I still stretched whenever I got the chance, so I completed this one

Go to the gym is the next one I managed to complete,
I love the gym, I really enjoy going and I enjoy working out to be fair
I went quite a few times last year and I would like to try and go even more this year too

The next goal I completed in 2018 was to show my face on my blog and other social media,
I actually did this through a blog post and I remember how proud I felt to have done this,
Now I post selfies on social media all the time and I've done fun little photo-shoots for both my Instagram and my blog since

The final goal I completed in 2018 was to start YouTube,
I've been on YouTube for nearly a year now, I uploaded my first video on the 20th of May 2018
I've uploaded quite a few videos since and I love filming and editing too

Moving on to the uncompleted stuff,

I didn't manage to get my oversplits in 2018,
I am going to work on this again this year as I really want to get my oversplits
I did get a little closer to my middle splits I think but then I stopped stretching as much so I wanna try and get that this year too

Do an outfit diary is another I didn't manage to do in 2018,
I did however do an OOTD post, I'll link it here if you'd like to read that as it's a post I was (and still am) very proud of
Again I'd like to do an outfit diary or a my week in outfits this year though, I kind of want to do a spring or summer lookbook

Another I didn't complete was to try acro,
For those who don't know acro means acrobatic, this is a style of dance I have wanted to try for ages and since I didn't complete this one in 2018 I am definitely determined to make this one happen in 2019

And finally for the uncompleted goals is learn to swim,
I didn't manage to do this last year but if I get chance I'd like to try this one this year
