Hey guys,
So today I’m going to be answering some Winter and Christmas related questions you guys asked on Instagram and Twitter,
This was originally going to be a YouTube video but I could only film again on the 23rd which I felt was too late as I wouldn’t have had it up until after Christmas since I have a couple of other videos I’m editing at the moment
I hope those who asked questions don’t mind it being in a blog post instead of a video haha
Anyway let’s get into it shall we?
Do you have a real Christmas tree or a fake Christmas tree?
We have a fake Christmas tree and have as long as I can remember, I asked my Dad the other day though and he said we had a real tree when I was younger but it was super messy haha
I guess that's the great thing about fake trees, you can use the same tree year after year and they don’t make as much mess as real trees
As for me, in my room I also have a fake tree and always have, first I had a 3ft fake white tree then I switched it up for a 3ft green one and now I have a 5ft green one and I love it haha
A Christmas dinner is not complete without...
I mean there are a few things haha
I really don’t think it’s complete without gravy for a start, I love Christmas dinners, and any roast dinner for that matter, with gravy
I also love pigs in blankets but I don’t think we’ll be having those this year as all the ones I’ve seen until now are smoked bacon and me and my dad don’t really like smoked bacon
And finally I’d say mash potato, I love mash so much! Haha
Are you excited for gavin and Stacey?
Honestly I’ve never really seen Gavin and Stacey (I know I’m sorry haha) so I can’t really say much about the upcoming Christmas special as I’ve never really watched an episode of it before haha
Favourite Christmas song?
I have a lot honestly
If we’re talking classics I love the upbeat ones like merry Xmas everybody by Sladee, I wish it could be Christmas everyday by Wizzard and Merry Christmas everyone by Shakin Stevens etc
As for non classics I like Justin Bieber's under the mistletoe album and Kelly Clarkson's - underneath the tree
Basically I can’t pick one favourite haha
What’s your favourite Christmas snack?
Again I love a lot haha
I love Festive Friends biscuits, they’re probably a huge favourite
I also love Christmas biscuit selections and Lindt Christmas teddy bears haha
Favourite Christmas smell/scent?
Hm, I’m not too sure about this one
I don’t have candles to be honest, I’m just not a candle person haha
I do love the smell of baking at Christmas though, but then again I love the smell of baking in general haha but I don’t think I really have a favourite scent
What’s your favourite Christmas tradition/a tradition you do every year?
Now that I’m older we don’t have a ton of traditions
When me and my sisters were younger we used to open one present early on Christmas Eve haha
Now we have a take away or something like that every Christmas Eve, we usually get a Chinese but I think we're gonna get KFC this year as our favourite Chinese is under new management so everything's changed there
We also go to my Nana and Grandad's every Christmas Day night and they put out a small buffet and stuff
What’s your favourite thing about winter?
This is a hard one as I’m definitely a spring and summer lover over winter haha
I mean I love Christmas and that’s in Winter haha and I love seeing Christmas lights every where you go and hearing festive songs
Favourite Christmas drinks?
I love hot chocolate! But then again that’s my favourite hot drink in general as I don’t like coffee or tea haha
I’ve tried a few different hot chocolates over the years and I don’t know which one was my favourite
I love Starbucks hot chocolate, theirs is amazing and probably my favourite hot chocolate ever
I made chocolate orange hot chocolate once too, I think last year, and that wasn’t bad either haha
I’m sorry I’m so bad at picking favourites haha
When you’re sledding - toboggan or saucer?
Honestly I’ve never been sledding, it’s one thing we’ve just never done
It does look fun though and I think my cousins have done it but I’m sorry I can’t answer this as I’ve never done it haha
What's your favourite Christmas memory?
Hm, this is a hard one
One memory I love is one Christmas with our dog Guinness who passed away in 2016
He always loved opening his presents and this year he was opening them and as he ripped the paper open he tore the packaging of the treats inside (some doggy chocolate truffles) and he ate like 3 at once haha

What's your favourite Christmas movie?
Like with Christmas songs, I don't think I have a favourite
I love the Hallmark movie A Nutcracker Christmas with Sophia Lucia and I love elf too haha
I also love pretty much any TV Christmas movie haha
What is your go to festive makeup look?
Usually I got for a gold eye makeup look and a bold lip, last year it was the Kylie Cosmetics Dancer lipstick but when I looked on her store it looks like she's not selling that anymore
I also love a tradional red lip too
As for this year I haven't quite decided on a Christmas look yet haha
What are your favourite makeup picks to wear at Christmas time?
Like I said before I love a gold eye and bold or red lip, so probably that haha
How would you describe your perfect Winter makeup look? (colours, tones, features etc)
My Winter look is usually the same as my Christmas look haha
Is there anything you're really hoping to get or treat yourself to this Christmas?
To be honest I know a lot of what I'm getting for Christmas as I wanted to look at quite a few things before deciding if I wanted them haha
I also treated myself to some Kylie Cosmetics stuff and I have a video going up on that soon on my channel
Would you do vlogmas?
I would love to do vlogmas one day, I'm not sure when haha but I would love to give it a try one year
Do you have your Christmas Day outfit planned yet and if so what are you wearing?
Usually I just dress some what casual on Christmas Day since we're at my Nana and Grandad's that night just eating and playing games haha and then I dress up more for Boxing Day at my Auntie and Uncle's house haha
Which Christmas song have you been loving this year?
I would say the song I've listened to the most this year would probably be Merry Christmas Everyone by Shakin Stevens,
When I first started listening to Christmas music this year this was one I had on repeat
